Katie began her education journey by earning her B.A. in Health and Human Physiology, and Psychology from the University of Iowa in 2020. She continued her education at Des Moines University, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023.
She brings a wealth of knowledge to OrthoArizona, including experience in outpatient clinic settings and inpatient clinical settings in hospitals, neuroscience ICUs and step-down units, and in cardiothoracic acute care. Katie also has experience caring for a wide range of patients, from patients as young as adolescents to those in their 90s and beyond.
Outside of the office, Katie loves cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes football and women’s basketball teams, playing with her cate, Rosie, and listening to Taylor Swift.
