Kathy Braaten, DPT, passion for physical therapy is rooted in empowering patients and clients to stay active, functional and engaged in the activities they enjoy. She is committed to helping each person become the best version of themselves through her clinical knowledge, experience and individualized approach to care.
With 41 years of experience in physical therapy, Kathy has had the opportunity to practice in virtually every setting within the profession. She believes in the power of hands-on care and in the importance of a medical community that takes the time to listen, understand and genuinely care for its patients.
Outside of work, Kathy values mental well-being, gratitude, staying physically active and making the most of each day. She is blessed with two daughters and seven grandchildren and lives on 20 acres with her Great Dane, Sir Ollie, her 13-year-old yellow Lab, Checker, and her cat. She enjoys the beauty of nature and the many experiences that come with living in the country.

Kathy is compassionate, friendly, and fully listened to me! She is gentle, and always pays full attention to your physical therapy needs! She never rushes my PT visits, while making sure you are comfortable, and not in pain doing your exercises! I could not recommend her enough!
