I always feel better walking out of a session with Katie… We both realized I was standing up straighter not hunched over my walker..I definitely noticed my thigh muscle was completely relaxed and didn’t feel like the boulder that I walked in there with… Simple exercises… but very effective and productive w/o implementing pain… And exercise's I can continue to do at home in between our sessions at her office…
