Her army stepped from the woods, taking their place at her sides. She raised her sword and bellowed her defiance. Her army answered the call, their howl shook the timbers. Formations of enemy archers raised their bows and loosed a volley. Their arrows soared into the sky, arched, and fell toward our hero. Kaity put her helm on her head, turn to her soldiers and said, "So it begins."
