Julie was super nice and knowledgeable on the procedure she was performing. She awnsered all questions i had and made me comfortable from my cast to my splint

She heard my frustration, was clear on what I could or could not improve, dug deep enough to isolate the biggest hurdle I am having, and sensitive to pricing equipment that was affordable.
