Very professional , friendly, great job.
Julie was super nice and knowledgeable on the procedure she was performing. She awnsered all questions i had and made me comfortable from my cast to my splint
Julie was very friendly and professional. She made sure my questions were answered and helped me learn the exercises without rushing any of the process. :)
She heard my frustration, was clear on what I could or could not improve, dug deep enough to isolate the biggest hurdle I am having, and sensitive to pricing equipment that was affordable.
