Very knowledgeable during the PT sessions. She has been very helpful with my shoulder.
Juliana gave good suggestions of exercises for strengthening and flexibility. Some exercises I adapted to an easier method but working same muscles and tendons.

Juliana is SPECTACULAR! I’ve never been one to stick with physical therapy, but she has made it so fun and easy to keep coming back. She is extremely knowledgeable, and the therapy techniques and needling she has done with me have helped my knees tremendously. I’m feeling so much better and have noticed such a huge difference. I truly can’t recommend her enough!
