Josephine was very thorough in her evaluation and in making sure I was doing my stretches the proper way without pain

Jo is excellent ! She works very hard getting me back on track. This is my second knee surgery. Both knees were very different and she has changed the routine so I can get better bend in my left knee.

Jo spent considerable time working on me. She asked many questions and found exercises to stretch out affected muscles. She worked really hard and my pain was almost non-existent when she was finished.
