Jordan is a great physical therapist. She listens to you as you explain your pain and tailors a therapy plan to address it. She also uses other techniques such as dry needling, cupping, massage, when applicable. She trys to make sure you are comfortable and understand the exercises so you can work on them at home. Before you know it, you will be well on your way to recovery!

Jordan Holmes PT, DPT, OCS, MTC was born and raised in the Henderson area. Jordan attended East Carolina University for her undergraduate studies in Exercise Physiology, receiving her bachelor’s degree in 2013. She then attended Campbell University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, graduating in 2017 with academic honors.
