John did a good job of explaining how the musculature worked so that I could understand the effect of the exercises he gave me.
He was very courteous and professional. He gave me clear and precise guidelines.
Excellent communicator, gentle - but firm - coach. Keeps things light, and steers me in the right direction. I give him a lot of credit for my progress.
