John was very pleasant to work with and explained a lot about my total knee replacement surgery. I need to be patient with my recovery as it was a major surgery on a joint. He went through strengthening exercises with me and informed me as to what muscles and how the new joint would be used during the exercises. He treated me kindly and professionally.
