John is very thoughtful and careful to make sure I'm comfortable while doing PT because I have some other limitations that certain things will make those more painful. He's incredibly knowledgeable and able to explain things in an easy to understand manner. Including my diagnosis and the exercise directions. He's compassionate and takes an interest in me beyond what my ailment is. I felt better within a few weeks. I am very appreciative that John did not overwhelm me with too many exercises. I think he knew if he gave me too many I most likely wouldn't do them very often. My PT exercise program is very doable and I actually do it unlike other PT programs I've been to that have given me way too many exercises. I highly recommend John and have already recommended him to other people. Thank you John!
