She didn’t push me too much because of my incision bleeding so much. Focused on what could be done to start moving my muscles slowly.
Amazing
I think Jillian is part of a team treating me for a bad back, trying to avoid surgery. I really like the treatment plan to help me, as I am getting better and stronger. I am giving 4 stars because we are still working on my treatment plan. If I achieve the goals I have discussed with the team, then I’ll revise my rating.
