I really like Jess as a therapist! She’s patient, listens any problems you are having with therapy. If you can’t do the excerise she lets you do it when you are ready to do it. Which is usually the next session. I have been going to her since April 2025 for a shoulder problem. I finally got the shoulder replacement and it’s the best decision I made. She helped me on the decision by telling me why i should get it. She knew months before the surgery that I should get it. I’m very glad I got it. I can move my shoulder so much better and without all the pain.
