Jessica earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University, specializing in geriatrics and orthopedics. I think she has good Pat skills but she wasted a lot of time transitioning from one type of exercise to the next. She and the other therapists did not have many patients today so there was a lot of joking around amongst the staff and I would have preferred a more professional environment. I like to get the work done efficiently and effectively and then leave.
