Jen has been wonderful throughout my recovery from reverse shoulder replacement surgery. She has patiently shown and guided me through each step, helping me regain my strength and mobility. I’m about 90% better than where I was at the beginning, and I’m very pleased with my progress. I truly appreciate Jen’s knowledge, encouragement, and support, and I’m confident I’ll be back to 100% within the next few months.
