Jeff has continued his education while working in outpatient orthopedic settings, emphasizing manual therapy techniques, including muscle energy and myofascial manipulation, and becoming certified in dry needling. He believes that a hands-on approach to therapy is best and allows for a better understanding of the patient's injuries and how to successfully return the patient to where they want to be.
Jeff likes to be active and spend as much time outdoors as possible. He enjoys training for marathons, riding his mountain bike, and exploring all the mountains offer. He also spends much of his time with his wife, two kids, and dogs.
