Jake Brewer, PT, DPT completed a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science at Concordia University in Portland, OR. After his undergraduate education, Jake entered the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at the University of St. Augustine in Austin, TX. His clinical experience includes working with patients in a rehabilitation hospital and acute care setting and providing physical therapy to orthopedic and sports injury patients and athletes in outpatient clinics.

After his undergraduate education, Jake entered the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at the University of St. Augustine in Austin, TX. His clinical experience includes working with patients in a rehabilitation hospital and acute care setting and providing physical therapy to orthopedic and sports injury patients and athletes in outpatient clinics.
At Swift Physical Therapy, Jake believes the patient should be a big part of formulating the treatment plan. So he works closely with each patient to determine how to help them achieve their recovery goals. Jake also understands that physical therapy benefits not only physical health but also the patient's mental health. Physical therapy offers long-lasting effects on a person's overall function and quality of life.
In his spare time, Jake enjoys strength training and spending time outdoors.
Jake was very professional and personable. He took his time to explain things to me show me how to do the exercises and I look forward to more sessions with him to correct the problem I’ve been having.
If it wasn't for Jake Brewer, l would not have bounced back as well as I did. He guided me along perfectly. And was available when I needed to chat with him. He always took time to listen and he always knew what to do I am feeling terrific and can move on with my life after1 full month of excruciating pain and 2nd month of PT.
