Wonderful gentleman. He communicates well with the patient. Listen to pain management and adjusts therapy. Jake is very conscientious and concerned about the recovery of the patient.

Jake is very conscientious with his patients in trying to help them in being mobile again. Giving them encouragement and positive well being.

Jake was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to my concerns. He always seemed to be able to determine just what needed to be done even though my descriptions were somewhat unclear at times.

I’m very satisfied with services provided at Swift physical therapy from the front desk to the back office. My therapist Jake has been able to achieve better results with my upper back and neck problems. But what I liked the best is that Jake does the treatment himself. Been in other practices where they herd the patients like cattle and the assistants are in charge of taking care of the patients, you get to see the therapist at the end your visit.

I dreaded physical therapy for many personal reasons but Jake has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and has made the whole experience enjoyable!
