At Swift Physical Therapy, Jake believes the patient should be a big part of formulating the treatment plan. So he works closely with each patient to determine how to help them achieve their recovery goals. Jake also understands that physical therapy benefits not only physical health but also the patient's mental health. Physical therapy offers long-lasting effects on a person's overall function and quality of life. In his spare time, Jake enjoys strength training and spending time outdoors.
