Spent 2 minutes with me until the very end of my appointment. Very personable and knowledgeable, but I expect the therapist to be the primary person not an assistant. The assistant Rey needs to work on speaking up and demonstrating how to do the exercises. Neither of them watched to see if I was performing the exercises correctly

Jack was very thorough and asked a lot of questions about my physical abilities. He asked about my strengths and weaknesses. He paid close attention and observed my movements. I highly recommend him.
