He listened as I explained my life goals and physical capabilities for my age, looked at all my medical notes etc and gave me exercises and resistance bands. I have knee problems and he eased my mind about which pain is an signs of problems that I must watch out for. I have weekly PT set up for my schedule preference too. Very happy so far.
