This was my first visit and I was feeling very anxious. Frank seemed to sense this immediately. He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and kind throughout the session. He explained what I needed to do and why that was important for me to walk again normally. By the time the session was over my anxiety was gone and it was replaced with a feeling of trust and confidence in Frank.
