Dustin is a top notch therapy manager. He is caring and supportive, explains and works on individuals needs, upgrades new exercises to progress. He has a well-run therapy unit, everyone is pleasant and upbeat. Would highly recommend this therapy unit.

Dustin is very thorough, professional and personable. I’ve used Tier One Physical Therapy in Crossville, TN and seen Dustin since 2021 after a knee injury and then a knee replacement and other injuries. I trust him and am positive I will be receiving top notch care each and every visit from eval through discharge.
