Prompt, efficient, friendly, clearly explained things. Addressed so much more about my injury than I expected or thought could be helped. I had become sadly resigned to pain & my head loping sideways. In my first visit she helped me get closer to aligning my neck & shoulders. I had been so dejected that there was likely no help for some of the injuries. She has given me hope again. Thank u so much
