Darlene was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. My wife and I both felt confident in her skills. My only complaint would be that she seemed to rush through everything like she was on a super tight schedule (which she may have been). Although my uptake on instructions is probably slower than average. Still 5 stars though. Thank you
