I have never given a provider a bad rating before. First visit with this provider after transitioning from a different, very talent one at the same practice. Decided I needed less appointments before even examining me. Told me it was “unethical from an insurance perspective” to be receiving PT. I am always open to reasonable discussion about treatment course but still unable to complete ADLs and suggesting less PT doesn’t make sense to me and goes against accepted guidelines. Thought that their plan superseded orthopedics. It took all of me to complete my session and not walk out of this visit.

She is an awesome therapist. She listens to my concerns and works with me to provide the correct exercises to address them. Very knowledgeable and personable. You guys should give her a big raise!
