A bit of an unusual situation since I'm almost 7 weeks post-op... dr. suggested that hands-on, maybe massage & stim would be beneficial however there wasn't any of these modalities. Connor did a thorough assessment and discussed his findings and was ready to answer any questions. I was given new exercises to help stretch/strengthen.

I took my 12 year old son today and they acted like I didn’t even exist. No summary of what happened, not plan of action nothing. I had to ask what is going to happen next and they just said need a pre authorization. We have been waiting for appointments since January. It took over 30 days for their doctors to send the referral to them, then 45 days to get an appointment and now they’re booked out to the end of July and we just need to “wait for a phone call” this is ridiculous and completely unprofessional!!!
