Cindy Mastey, PT is from a small town in northwestern Indiana, near Chicago. She moved to Arizona while in high school and went on to obtain her undergraduate degree in health-related professions from the University of Arizona. She then traveled back to the Midwest for PT school and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 1995.

She has enjoyed working as a physical therapist for over 25 years here in the valley specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine and worker’s compensation. She has an extensive background rehabilitating athletes and helping local firefighters, police officers and EMT personnel return to their jobs after an injury. Cindy is trained in work conditioning, biomechanics and is Graston certified.
Cindy strives to provide excellent patient care in a fun, positive and compassionate environment where the goal is to always exceed patient expectations. She loves to get to know her patients and takes pride in making her patients’ care individualized. In her spare time she loves to travel, cook and spend time with her family. Although she has resided in Arizona for many years, she is still a Midwest girl at heart!
Cindy listens to the patient. She is thorough in evaluation and determines best therapy for home and in office.
