He helped me understand why I was feeling pain and what I could do to help myself. I'm pretty socially awkward, but he didn't make me feel that way. He was interested in what I had to say. He made me feel heard and that my concerns were valid, which can be hard to find with providers sometimes.

Chris knows what he's doing, explaining well and pushing just enough. Sometimes, though, his attention is divided or distracted.
