Charles and the other PTs at this location are all great. It has been a significantly better experience with them than past visits to other PT practices. They really listen to you and try to help instead of just going through the motions. I’d be happy to rehab with Charles for any injury, he’s great .

I did not see Charles - I saw someone named CJ (I believe that’s his name) he didn’t introduce himself. I couldnt get scheduled with Charles and was assigned to another person. Charles got five stars but only one for this fella. He didn’t introduce himself not ask me anything about my injury or how I felt (as Charles did) in fact he hardly spoke to me. He gave me twice as many exercises as Charles and I ended up leaving early because I was in pain. It’s been three full days and I am still in 9+ pain from working with CJ - I had NO PAIN after working with Charles and wish only to work with him from hereon out, as I feel safer with him.
