Carson Higgins is a Raleigh, North Carolina native. She attended East Carolina University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Nutrition Science in 2016. After finishing her undergraduate studies, Carson remained at East Carolina for her physical therapy training, where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019. Since graduation, Carson has practiced as a physical therapist working at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in New Bern, North Carolina. Carson recently relocated back home to Raleigh where she plans to stay.
Carson has a passion for treating fitness minded and active individuals. She specializes in treating athletic conditions and returning patients back to sports. She is especially passionate about ACL rehabilitation and working with high schoolers.
Outside of work, Carson enjoys staying active, playing golf and soccer, going to the beach, and devotedly cheering on the Pirates.
