She graduated Cum Laude from Midland University, formerly Midland Lutheran College, in 1995 with her Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science. She then went on to receive her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1999.

If there were more than 5 stars, I’d have selected that. I never come across somebody more knowledgeable about how our bodies are made to move and what we can do to ensure they continue to move the way that they ought to. She she listens, she takes notes, she evaluates and and she formulate a plan that anyone committed to will find success in

She then went on to receive her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1999.
Since that time, she has worked in both private practice and hospital settings. She has completed several continuing education courses in orthopaedics focusing on manual therapy with special interest in patients with shoulder, knee and foot/ankle conditions. She is a certified in Graston Technique.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, her fur babies and staying active with bicycling and hiking.
