She is excellent and very great as explaining things and is very compassionate about her job and her patients.
Brittany was thoughtful, respectful, kind and very knowledgeable about lymphedema and ideas for therapy. I appreciated that she had read the file from my oncologist and that she listened thoughtfully in order to answer all of my questions. Her compassion and support were reassuring!
Brittany consistently surpasses excellence in her care. On my last visit, she took the time to continue working with me well into her lunch hour. She is working on getting me a custom fit compression garment through pink ribbon. Having her be the person who follows up with, and makes sure that vest gets done is a huge weight off my shoulders. That task is comparable to trying to talk with someone on the phone trying to fix Internet issues at home lol. She is kind, compassionate, highly skilled, and consistently goes above and beyond. Making not only my physical body stronger, but also alleviating some of the mental anguish that comes with all of the red tape. From insurance to garments and more. She is the reason I stopped going to Aspirus outpatient therapies and now travel to see her. She definitely deserves some type of recognition award.
