Bridget M. Hughes, PT, DPT

Bridget M. Hughes, PT, DPT, is a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist who is passionate about helping her patients regain mobility, build strength, and return to the activities they love. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from American International College, a bachelor's degree from Franklin Pierce University and has experience working with a wide range of patients across inpatient, outpatient and orthopedic settings. Bridget has a certification specialty in blood flow restriction therapy.

Bridget takes pride in creating individualized treatment plans that focus on each patient’s goals, using evidence-based techniques to promote lasting results. She believes in fostering a positive and encouraging environment where patients feel supported throughout their recovery journey.

Outside of work, Bridget enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, playing volleyball, and staying active with friends, family, and her rescue dog, Mia.
