Aly was very professional and listened to my comments and concerns. She recognized the recovery level I was at and customized one of the exercises to fit that level. I only wish I could have asked her if a slow walk on a level treadmill would be appropriate for my case since it will be getting colder out soon.
Alyson has really helped with my rehab. Firm and keeps me motivated. Always has something. New to work on.
