After 3 Strokes 13 years ago I’ve had 9 other PTs and I never made progress. Alex connected with me on a personal level that made it possible for me to make much progress in my ability to walk with a walker. I went from walking 20 feet to over 200 feet. With her support & direction I do daily exercises and walking. I see how she approaches each client with a positive attitude and a smile. She’s amazing in a great way.

The best review I can give is that my shoulder no longer hurts! I really enjoyed how Alex combined hands-on methods, stretching, and taping in addition to exercises, I think that really sped up my healing process. She gave me a variety of exercises to do and categorized them by area worked, so I have a few options to choose from in the future if I have pain again. She also made a video showing how to tape my shoulder on my last day. I also just really enjoyed my visits with her since she’s so personable.

Alexandra was great in explaining issue with my shoulder and scapula area of my upper back and relation of pain in right side cervical area and tightness in trapezoid area.She had me go through a series of exercises and a handout of same to take home with me.Alex was great for my PT session.

Alex is an excellent Physical Therapist. She is very thoughtful, courteous, caring, knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to find out about my injury in detail and then gave me some excellent stretches and exercises that I haven't tried before to help me heal. She made it clear that she doesn't just want to help ease my pain, she wants to help me get back to where I was before the injury. She is exactly what anyone should want in a physical therapist.
