Aleksa’s approach to patient care focuses on treating the whole person, not just the injury. She strives to help patients regain the ability to perform daily tasks and return to activities they enjoy, making life both functional and meaningful.
Her inspiration for pursuing hand therapy began while volunteering at an outpatient clinic, where she observed the impact a certified hand therapist could have. From that moment, she knew she wanted to help individuals recover and thrive in their daily lives.
Outside of work, Aleksa is active and adventurous—she enjoys skiing, weightlifting, hiking, running, swimming, and spending time with her family. A lifelong competitive swimmer, she is also an enthusiastic Buffalo Bills fan.

Aleksa was very informative of the plan for improvement for my hand.
