"Driven by a passion for health, movement, and performance, I'm a proud U.S. Veteran with a bachelor's degree in Public Health and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have my certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). The certificate gives me deeper knowledge in human and athletic performance.
When I'm not working with others to improve their physical health, you'll find me outdoors hiking or camping with my two huskies. I also love staying active through sports like golf and basketball, and I’m always down for a good workout. Whether it’s in the clinic, the gym, or out in nature, I’m all about pushing limits and living fully."

He is wonderful! As a PT patient, he pushes me more than I want. (no one wants to do this) However, it was exactly what I need. Thanks Adam for all you have done for me.
Adam is a pleasant person and is easy to work with. He seems to be a well trained therapist who knows the appropriate exercises to improve my condition.
