When not in the Clinic, Adam prefers to be active and participates in many sports like Volleyball, soccer, Football, Ultimate Frisbee, Hiking and rollerblading. He has yet to break a bone doing the latter. He strives to work with his patients and help them return to doing what they enjoy as well.
Adam was very friendly and encouraging. I really liked that he explained in detail the reason for each exercise and how we were healing strained tissue not damaged as I called it. It gave me great hope for my recovery.
