She took her time to asses my issue and she listened to me. She made me feel validated and has put me on a reasonable schedule to strengthen my shoulder and back.
I entered the Dome with a BAD ATTITUDE due to my most recent PT Session at ROC. An hour with Abigail cured that. Abigail was an ABSOLUTE delight .... polite, professional, engaging, Pleasant, competent, through ... the whole package.
