I have worked with Ross to recover from a knee replacement and a compression fracture in my back. He listens carefully to see where you are and encourages you to get stronger without causing additional discomfort. I highly recommend him as a physical therapist.

Ross was absolutely wonderful but after I was switched to the person who gives me the exercises I was shown how to do the exercise and was ignored for a conversation with other pt’s and patrons that she seemed as tho she wasn’t even assisting to talk about football and yell teams. The physical therapist had to actually tell her I was not doing the exercises correctly. I walked away with more info on football and this yell teams than I did about my treatment. Upsetting at the least . I feel like it was a wasted appointment. Hopefully she can learn to be more professional.
