Colleen is wonderful. She was ready to get started as soon as I came in. She verified the reason for my visit. Colleen started we a 6 minute stationary bike ride to warm up. Then we jumped into the exercises. Colleen worked with me on the what was to be done and why. She checked in with me throughout my visit. Colleen was pleasant and thorough. I highly recommend Colleen.
