He enjoys being active in the community, He was elected to the Laveen School District Board in 2020. Dr Watkins also served on the Laveen/South Mountain Chamber of Commerce and The Laveen Baseball league’s governing board.
Dr. Watkins has traveled to Central America and Africa to provide eye care for impoverished areas as well as sees the men and women locally at Phoenix Rescue Missions locally.
Dr. Watkins hobbies include mentoring, sporting events, travel and cooking.

Torrence was excellent. He answered my questions, taught me, advised me on future decision, and showed me I was important with the time he spent on me. I will absolutely go to him again.
