He enjoys being active in the community, He was elected to the Laveen School District Board in 2020. Dr Watkins also served on the Laveen/South Mountain Chamber of Commerce and The Laveen Baseball league’s governing board.
Dr. Watkins has traveled to Central America and Africa to provide eye care for impoverished areas as well as sees the men and women locally at Phoenix Rescue Missions locally.
Dr. Watkins hobbies include mentoring, sporting events, travel and cooking.

I didn’t get an eye examination like I requested.
Doctor Watkins was awesome ! He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind . I truly appreciate his expertise and he explained everything to me very clearly. I would definitely refer him to anyone .
