Dr. Loftus is not rushed and explains well. However, wait time is not acceptable.
I had to wait over 2 1/2hrs to be seen, that is to long a time, I come from Estancia NM, which is about 1hr & 15mi away, I can understand waiting a few minutes to 1/2hr, but over 2 1/2 hrs is too long, hope it improves for next time!
