Dr Loftus has been wonderful and has been very proactive for me with my vision issues.

She’s honest, knowledgeable , has “ seen some things” , gives good advice, I instantly & intuitively trusted her from the first time I got her at Eye Associates .

Dr. Loftus is not rushed and explains well. However, wait time is not acceptable.
I had to wait over 2 1/2hrs to be seen, that is to long a time, I come from Estancia NM, which is about 1hr & 15mi away, I can understand waiting a few minutes to 1/2hr, but over 2 1/2 hrs is too long, hope it improves for next time!
She was great and informative. I felt comfortable with her.
