Very good personable. She could have given a review of the various tests including the acuity test , as the tech who performed the various test didn’t say much.

She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough as well as thoughtful. My only complaint is not against Stephanie but Eye Associates. It is a four hour appointment for just a recheck. Eye Associates is a great facility but the excessive wait times are crazy. It is so bad they are going to start having to offer food because so many of their patients are diabetic. Just like Eye Associates used to! Please be kinder to the staff and patients and not make us wait so long!

She goes the extra mile if she suspects something is going and does the checking. This tells me she cares about her patients. We’re not just a & sign.
