I think it’s getting close to the end of the day and it was Friday and I just felt that Miss Tu had run out of patience and she came across as abrasive

I would rate zero if it was available due to her being very rude when me and my dad asked questions regarding his laser eye surgery

Attitude she doesn't want to help you if you don't understand yours meds
I'm 70 not 25 I had to call back to find out the doses.she said what's not to understand? Same thing when I went in for the 1st follow up. Get rid of her she thinks she something and she's not! Toni Olson

She didn't seem to friendly. Came inn and asked if I had question and she walked out. Maybe she was busy but you would think she would make a little conversation. Be a people person.

Went with the intention of getting answers with concerns of a current issue in my eye and she did not provide any answers was hurrying through my time there

She loves connecting with her patients, addressing their concerns, and helping them understand the different aspects about their eyes. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Tu loves outdoor recreation and exploring new places–one of her goals is to eventually visit every national park in the country. She is originally from the Bay Area and is fluent in Cantonese.
