She was very pushing on each movement during the entire maybe total five minutes conversation; Despite my uncomfortable feeling when my both eyes had different chemical /drops, she just expecting me to open my eyes like a normal person which she should aware of. Stella was hurried with my exam and she was rude. She sharply corrected my description of what I saw on the eye charts. I started to explain the difference I was seeing and she snapped 'it's simple either more, less or the same.' I won't see her again.

Stella was in a diffently in a hurry when taking her examination with me. She was waiving her arms around and so much with her slurred speech I asked her if she was in a hurry, look here look there I could hardly hear her with that mask on and felt like she was herding animals instead of people. Dr. Tu, I’m sure is normally wonderful and liked, however treating my sister who is mentally challenged and therefore in need of a caregiver, which I am, and her sister and therefore her advocate. I asked Dr. Tu if she would slow down her communication to my sister, I knowing that the process was too fast and could lead to a possible misdiagnosis. After asking, the rest of Dr. Tu’s responses to me, was with impatience, insensitivity, arrogance, and in a condescending manner instead of understanding the circumstances and kindly responding with assurance and patience.

Dr. Tu was thorough and informative about my eye condition. She answered all my questions professionally. She made me feel cared about.

My experience is it she is cold and doesn't like explaining the last last doctor or associate with his company said there's something wrong with my eye she says there's nothing wrong with my so it'd be nice if the doctors were able to get together to what's the other one know what they saw in their scope that they use. Maybe the doctor was having a bad day. The appointment felt rushed and she was ordering me to see something I couldn't see through the lens and I can't see it I can't see it. I just wish you would have spent a little more time with me explaining the process of why I was there and what she was going to do

I loved her even though I was a difficult patient. My eyes do not like to be touched or anything close to them .

She seems to much in a hurry and feedback is necessary. I have left with questions and it appears she does not want, is to busy, does not care to answer, or to find out if there are questions...?? Is this a combination of your company's having her do to many appointments and/or training, plus her abilities to relate or willingness to help? Also,she acts like you might breathe on her and kill her with covid. There are more dangerous diseases out there. I believe I have the training to comment on this subject. If she is to work close to people you might even catch a flu. But it really is not a pleasant experience working with her. The pushing of masks when I am not sick is a definite problem. If you're concerned about disease make sure your staff doesn't show up sick & if you don't want patients that are sick, tell them to not come to your facility sick. This isn't a hospital or doctor setting for people that are sick, so a mask is not necessary. It would be nice if this would change.
