was very disappointed with my experience with this doctor. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 p.m., yet I was not seen until about 45 minutes later. When the doctor finally came in, the visit felt rushed, as if she was eager to finish rather than provide attentive care.
Despite my clear concern about driving afterward, I was given dilating eye drops and was told I would be able to drive home. This information was incorrect and unsafe. After the drops were administered, my vision was so impaired that I could not even see my car’s dashboard, making it impossible for me to drive. Someone had to come pick me up to ensure my safety.
Providing inaccurate guidance about driving after pupil dilation is irresponsible, as patients react differently to medications. This experience showed a lack of consideration for patient safety and communication.

Based on information the CS provided Stella Tu, which wasn’t accurate. She only discussed an issue that recently occurred to me and not the reason for my referral to the office. She provided some good recommendations for my issue; however, never addressed the reason why I made the appointment. When I questioned her she was a little dismissive towards me and said another appointment would need to be made.
