Dr. Serene Koudsi, O.D., is a California native who was born and raised in Upland, California. She graduated Valedictorian from Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry. She was Secretary of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Honors Society there and also helped create lectures to teach Haitians as part of the Global Eye Project, an opportunity from Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (SVOSH) club.
