Dr. Scott Glaser, O.D. attended Minnesota State University Mankato on a football scholarship and received a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. During his graduate school days he married his wife, Tanja, who was in the Dental Hygiene program at MSU.

He checked my eyes, recommended a different prescription accounting for an astigmatism, but then when he double checked them before I left and it was blurry - basically told me to go back to my other prescription on my box at home and reorder those.
How is the system so messed up that we have to get a new prescription for contacts every two years and pay someone who isn’t even going to bother to check our eyes properly and just tell us to check our prescription at home. How is it we still have to pay someone who isn’t going to do their job?

After graduating Beta Sigma Kappa, Dr. Glaser purchased an existing practice in Hutchinson and has practiced there ever since.
In August 2014, Dr. Glaser joined the Southwest Eye Care group. Being in a group has allowed Dr. Glaser and his staff to expand care hours and offer more convenient locations to their patients.
