Excellent, professional, top notch!!

Dr. Class exhibits a genuine interest in your situation as a patient as well as resolution of your vision issue. An additional attribute is that of actually taking the time necessary to finding solutions. Vision is a highly personal matter for people, as trite as that sounds, and there is little worse than feeling that you, as the patient, are being rushed through your appointment.

Dr. Class is very knowledgeable. He is to the point and efficient but also listens and cares. My entire family goes to him and we all love him!!

From my perspective I’d say Dr Class is drastically overworked. I spent 2+ hours in the exam room for what should’ve been a 15 - 30 minute procedure. I have heard stories about overbooking, but this ridiculous. Not Dr Class’ fault. I feel sorry for him and others under that duress

Dr. Class is wonderful. He is patient, explains what he is doing, is very thorough, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He will be our family optometrist going forward for sure. The staff is friendly, extremely helpful, and makes the experience that must more comfortable. A++

Dr Class was very professional, very good. My only problem is that he seemed very rushed and expected answers immediately as to which lens was preferable. Made me feel badly asking for a choice between 2 lenses to be repeated, he switched them so quickly. I am rarely anxious but noticed feeling so when he peppered me with rapid fire questions as though he wish an answer quickly rather than making sure it was the best choice. Really liked my technician who was in the room prior to the doctor. And also the woman I paid was very nice.

He gave me samples of contact lens to use until my contact lens order arrived! Very helpful.
