Not super communicative and thorough but good enough
My visit was informative and thorough. I hadn't seen an eye doctor in years and I felt comfortable with the result
Excellent , kind , very knowledgeable . I feel like My eyes are in the best care . Thank you .
Glad the wait was shorter this time.
She gave me an excellent examination. She explained everything to me about my care
Kudos
Yes I’m satisfied
My time with Sara was great. The girl Who checked me in needed to ask me why I was there. Without asking she did a lot of things I am sure I will be charged for even though I did not ask. When she wanted to dialate my eyes I said no and told her I was there for dry eyes, not an exam for glasses. She assumed that because I had not been to this office since 2021 I had not see any eye doctors. I go regularly to a Neuro ophthalmologist and had just paid to have all this done in January. Again, listen to the patient, pay attention to what they say and don’t assume. My appointment was for 10:45. The day before they called and asked me to come in at 10:20. I was not called in until 10:50. Still not sure why I was asked to come in earlier…
Very informative about the next procedures for the care of my eyes
