The nicest eye doctor I've ever. Really appreciate the time he takes to explain things. Plus his staff is delightful and super helpful.

Very impressed with Dr. Dirksen...kind and knowledgeable! However, the man who ran the tests before the Dr. came in had TERRIBLE cigarette breath...could barely breathe when he was right in front of me. Needs a breath mint or gum! Very offended by this!

His helper was with me longer than doctor was , he did a few tests and said no changes from last visit. And I was done maybe 10 minutes. Like he was in a hurry?

Dr. Dirksen makes you feel very comfortable during the exam!

The Doctor communicate very clearly. Everything that he's about to do and everything going on with my eyes. I feel very confident as a photographer that he's the best eye doctor for me.

Due to a scheduling conflict on their part, my original appointment got moved back three hours with a new doctor. Even though this doctor had never met me, or planned on examining me today, he was friendly and greeted me as though I’ve been his patient for years! Very professional, courteous and thorough! Highly recommend him and this office!

Both Dr. Dirksen and the assistant, can not recall her name, were very pleasant and thorough.

He prescribed me a new prescription for glasses that made me extremely ill. I had re-examined by another doctor who determined I was given an incorrect prescription for glasses by Dirksen! When I told him this he offered no apology until asked and did not ask about the expense to me. Never returning!
