Very professional, explained everything to me.

This visit was abysmal until Dr Stone took over. Wrong diagnosis, incorrect records and medications..Her performance was stellar This was followed by a call to return in a week for follow up when I had been told that everything was fine and come back in a year. Multiple calls to the office were unsuccessful and no response to my queries has yet to be forthcoming Most distressing and unprofessional George Gordon Snyder MD, FACS

The current "visual business model" hides the staff's talent. Regan and company, once engaged, are professional and personable, far beyond the window dressing gloss of the current office setup. Regan has an interpersonal ability that is exceptional and knowledge that she can share. I am certain that the talent of the team is special. I look forward to returning to the service model as they have it today.
