I was sent to the wrong address and then had to find my way to the right office. The first technician (a woman) was overly energetic with an elderly client. She walked too fast, talked too fast and kept bumping my knee encased in a heavy knee brace. She also gave vague, poor directions on what she wanted for the various tests she had me do. In contrast, Beau (sp?) was friendly, professional, and clear in his instructions. He was a little clumsy with the machines, but always apologized and quickly improved. Dr. Callahan as always was friendly, patient, professional, and courteously answered all my questions and concerns. I was a little disappointed in the pressure readings and she was encouraging in explaining why I need not be overly anxious. Both the check-in and check-out process were easy.
