An Illinois native, Dr. Bush completed her undergraduate degree in Biology from Loyola University Chicago and was awarded her Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon. While at Pacific University Dr. Bush was elected President for their local Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH) Chapter that participates in bi-annual mission trips to central America and Africa. She led and organized a 17-member team to travel to Guatemala where they provided care to over 1500 patients. Their team helped deliver hundreds of glasses, medications and coordinate care with the local cataract surgeon helping improve the lives of the locals in rural northern Guatemala.
Dr. Bush strives to connect to her patients and prides herself on her ability communicate clearly and effectively. She takes the time to explain, in detail, diagnoses impacting her patients to allow them the best outcome. In her free time, you can find Dr. Bush running, gardening or spending time with her family and her 20-year old tuxedo cat.

Dr .Bush was courteous, friendly, and professional. She has a great personality and easy interact with at the office.
My experience with Dr. Bush was excellent. It's all the preliminary BS and periods of waiting that are a pain. I drove all the way to the office in Southlake for an exam once and it took less time to go thru the whole process, including the 35 minute drive to and from the office than it takes to get thru your whole process. It's really ridiculous.
She was very thorough and had a friendly demeanor. I like her!
