Ms Rachel is energetic and professional but when I come to KE I expect to see an ophthalmologist not a optometrist. I am 77 yrs old and have macular degeneration. I want a ophthalmologist.

My insurance won’t cover the medication she prescribed. I called and told them what would be covered. They promised to tell her and she would call back. 3 days later and still no words. And I have no meds for my eye infection.
