Dr Gill is awesome. I have been seeing her for around 5 years. Dr. Gill is very caring with listens to one’s concerns. She explains eye exam results, concerns and follow up care. Highly recommend Dr. Gill for your eye care needs.

Dr. Cloutier-Gill is proficient, efficient and has given me great confidence in her ability to discern and manage my past issues of plars planitis and resulting cataract surgery. I am very thankful to be in her care.

Dr Gill is the best eye doctor I’ve had and given my 75 years here in earth and having lived in various communities, I’ve had a few! She’s a great listener, thorough in her exams and tracking if potential issues, and is clear about options with the decisions being mine. She’s really is outstanding and the reason I travel an hour to see her. Wish she was in the western burbs but I’ll travel as long as I’m able!

Dr. Gill grew up in Montreal, Quebec. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and Biology from the Marie-Victorin College in Montreal, graduating as the valedictorian of her school and with special distinctions from the Science and the French departments.
Dr. Gill received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Montreal School of Optometry. During her last year of study, she received the American Optometric Foundation – Carl Zeiss Vision Fellowship award, the Eschenbach Award for Excellence, the LWW Vision Care New OD Scholarship and a Research Scholarship from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. Upon graduation, she moved to Minneapolis to complete her optometric residency at Minnesota Eye Consultants, specializing in ocular disease and surgical co-management.
In 2011, Dr. Gill joined Minnesota Eye Consultants as a staff optometrist after spending a few years in private practice. Besides primary eye care, she enjoys surgery co-management, ocular disease, and specialty contact lenses. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a member of the Minnesota Optometric Association.
